Outside services that run any phone line shown here and its automated assistant handle those calls on our behalf. What you send is used to answer your request and to keep a record of it, and not for advertising.
How long records stay
No set number of months applies. A request, plus any call recording or transcript tied to it, is held while it is needed to answer you and to keep a record of the referral. Ask, and it is removed before then.
Removing your details
Send the quote form with “Delete my details” in the “Project and site” box, along with the phone number you used. When this site shows a phone number, you can also call it and ask. The request, and any call record held for that number, is then deleted.
Nothing that follows you
No analytics, no advertising pixel, no outside script and no tracking cookie run on these pages. Fonts and scripts load from this site’s own server.
